Yes. The steel frame holds up to 50 lbs total — about 6 gallons of milk — with raised guard rails and silicone feet keeping everything planted on counters or inside cabinets. Full-size cleansers and jugs ride securely on both tiers.

Will tall spray bottles fit standing up?

The offset tiers leave 8.4 inches of vertical clearance, so standard spray and shampoo bottles stand upright on the sliding basket while the slim 14.2 in top shelf handles shorter items like cotton jars, sponges and lip glosses.

Can I really use it on the counter, not just inside a cabinet?

That is the whole idea. The baking-painted pink finish is made to be seen — vanity counters, coffee bars, desks and bathroom corners. Silicone feet grip the surface gently and keep it firmly in place.

Does it fit around my drain pipe and garbage disposal?

Yes. The L-shape top shelf installs left or right around plumbing; you need cabinet interior of at least 11 in W x 15 in D x 16 in H and 5.2 in of side clearance beside the pipe. Two units fit 22 in cabinets and up.

Is assembly a weekend project?
